Go to http://marshaross.actris.mlxchange.com/ (This is a direct link to the Multi-Listing System that Realtors Use Daily)
In the upper right hand corner click on
"Log In." This will allow you to set up a user name and password. The password will be sent to your email and
then you can set your own personal password. You can then save any search information you wish on the site with easy
access in the future.
Once you have entered your personal password
and email,
Click on "Property Search"
Click on "Residential"
In "Subdivision" Insert Ranch at Cypress Creek
Scroll to “Property Type” and
select "House"
Scroll to "Stories” and insert 2
Average either the sale prices or
the prices per square foot and you will see that this home is a phenomenal deal especially with all of the upgrades.

Unfortunately, you cannot search for homes that have sold on my Actriss website.
You will see from the chart (Search
criteria is at the bottom of the chart) that the average sales price is $74.44 per square foot which would put this
home at approximately $277,214. This home is well below that price. A lot
homes still sold in this neighborhood through what has been the worst of times so far in the Cedar Park market place (with
the exception of the 1980's). Obviously, this home and its neighborhood are worth their weight in gold.
Just
