Average either the sale prices or the prices per square foot and you will see that this home is a phenomenal deal especially with all of the upgrades.

You will see from the chart (Search criteria is at the bottom of the chart) that the average sales price is $74.44 per square foot which would put this home at approximately $277,214.  This home is well below that price.  A lot homes still sold in this neighborhood through what has been the worst of times so far in the Cedar Park market place (with the exception of the 1980's).  Obviously, this home and its neighborhood are worth their weight in gold.
