Am I?
I have a passion for helping families achieve the American dream
of home ownership. I have pursued this industry, with this passion, as well as
to bring honesty and integrity to my clients. I am available to do this for you!
I have both experienced and watched my friends and family experience
the joys as well as the trials and tribulations of obtaining their first and subsequent homes, and/or selling their homes.
I believe that buying a home should be one of life's pleasures and
I intend to make your experience in buying a home so much like fun, you will be sorry when it's overI I can do this,
just ask my previous clients, they will back me up!
I'm not going to lie and say that selling your home will be as much
fun as buying your new home. Selling your home can be stressful at times, especially if there were unseen circumstances
that have led to your selling the home you love, however, I promise to make this a most pleasant experience for
everyone involved. There are more potential hurdles to jump when selling your home, so although we can hope that it
will be easy, it may not be. However, I will tell you that I will do my best to get you through the process of selling
your home in the fastest, easiest way possible. You will not be alone, I will be there for you to answer questions,
listen and act on concerns, almost anything you may need to get your home sold.
I keep in touch with all of my clients and many have become good

Legally: My knowledge of this industry, as well as my legal background, have put me in a position
to protect my clients in many ways not all Realtors can. This enables me to protect you on a legal level and I will
do this to the best of my abilities.
Financially:
No matter what the income level, I
will put myself in your position and proceed as though I were buying or selling my own home.
As the sole provider to my children, I understand the driving force that money can be.
With Regard to Your Family: Having raised my children, I know many of the concerns of parents.
Whether it be a "safe" neighborhood for them to play in or the school district they attend, I will find out what your most
major concerns are and make them my own when helping you obtain this dream.
Personally: I will endeavor to make the experience of selling your home as pain free as possible.
I will make sure that I understand your needs and desires for selling your home and make these my own as well.
